Susan Gibbons Virtual Assistants was founded in 2009 to support service based business owners who need consistent, reliable back office support without hiring full time staff.
Susan’s background is in program and project management within structured, deadline driven environments. That experience shaped how SGVA operates today. Calm, proactive, and systems focused support that keeps businesses running smoothly behind the scenes.
SGVA works with established, client facing business owners who are juggling inboxes, calendars, follow up, and operational details while trying to lead and grow their business. As workloads increase, those responsibilities often become a bottleneck.
Our work is ongoing and relationship based. We handle the day to day administrative and operational support so owners can stay focused on clients, decision making, and revenue generating work.
